- No fast track for talented ambitious people, nor clear mechanisms to identify top performers
- The performance review and promotion system is kinda broken. Each employee has a team lead and the team lead doesn't work with the employee on a daily basis. Often times the promotions depend more of the team lead, than the employee subject to the promotion. Some team leads would do anything to get their people promoted, other team leads don't bother at all about their team members. My team lead had only 2 meetings with me in the last year. Some team leads were having meetings on a weekly basis and were always trying to promote their people.
- Lack of transparency. People were hired in positions for which there was no public job posting at all, just because they are close with the top management of the company.
- The salaries in the Macedonian branch are low. Netcetera is working mainly with Swiss clients and getting paid very well for the services, but the Macedonian employees do not get their fair share from the revenue.
