      Pros

      Good pay for the position, management is mostly supportive.

      Cons

      All hand unload, at least to the back of the trailer, usually requires carrying/dragging the product to where the customer wants it. Also requires a lot of jobsite delivery, which means the truck will get stuck and require being pulled out. Management has no problem with this but it tends to throw off your schedule.
