Pros

Good pay, good insurance, work from home - that's about it.

Cons

I was out there on my own with my team with no direction of where they wanted us to go. No clear vision or execution. A few months in I was litterally worried. Projects were scattered, and disjointed, no thought to how they were connecting to other entities within the company. Invisible bosses who don't know how much work you're putting into the company and then they just let you go with no warning. It seem so be par for the course with them. My entire time there was like piling the family into the care on vacation but taking the long, windy, nonsensical way just to end up no where.

Pros

Flexible work arrangements, very open to remote / hybrid

Cons

Lack of Communication and Transparency: Leadership offers very little communication or transparency, especially during significant events like layoffs. The absence of a clear communication plan creates uncertainty and fear among employees, leaving everyone wondering if they are next. Frequent Reorganizations Without a Clear Strategy: The company has undergone several reorganizations over the past 18 months. This raises concerns about whether there is a coherent long-term plan in place, as these frequent changes can be destabilizing. Disconnect Between Leadership and Employees: Leadership appears detached, often operating from an "ivory tower" without being held accountable. Meanwhile, the rest of the workforce faces minimal bonus or compensation increases, creating a sense of inequity. Unplanned Facility Closures and Compensation Changes: Facility closures and changes to sales compensation seem to occur without forewarning or input from the affected teams. This lack of engagement with frontline staff exacerbates the feeling of disconnect between leadership and employees. Deteriorating Company Culture: There seems to be little to no effort toward fostering a positive company culture. Many offices, including two HQ offices, remain largely empty, contributing to a sense of isolation and disengagement.

Pros

Coworkers are helpful. Summer hours.

Cons

Not allowed to make any sort of decision without having to run it by upper management, even though they are not involved in day to day ops
