      Waste of employment

      Pros

      Decent pay if you have financial help, decent coworkers

      Cons

      Promises of whats to come are never delivered anywhere near given time frame, actual training doesn't come until you've already had to struggle and teach yourself the job over half a year to a year, management has to sell you the job everyday to keep you blinded from the fact this is a waste of time, management is out of touch with reality, pay is not nearly enough to live on by yourself.

      Pros

      I enjoyed getting to know all of my co workers although being Outside sales you're never in the office. I can see if you want to build up your resume with copier sales then take the job but as soon as you start I would start looking for a new and better job. The benefits are actually pretty decent, I have had a lot worse.

      Cons

      Gdp has a poor training program that only cares about you until the next training class comes through. They expect over half of the associates to leave within the first 6 months. They fire people like crazy, and let go of people that have the potential to do great but was never given a chance. They do not care about their workers and their only goal is to hire people that are graduating from Kennesaw State University through the bachelors in sales program. They are trying to build up a younger group of individuals to make it a sexier technology company. Lastly, with how much they spend to train people to only let them go makes me think the company is a sinking ship.

      Ok place to work. Get to be on the road a lot.

      Cons

      No room for improvement. You will get stuck at the same position with the same pay.
