The culture was fun at first but turned into a hostile and negative environment. I enjoyed working with the coworkers that I grew close with, but my recommendation to them is to take their own advice and to strictly hire family. There was a double standard when it came to family opposed to not being apart of that, they were offered different benefits from the outside looking in that was not available for the rest of the employees.
