      None...there is not a single good thing to say about this company.

      Cons

      Horrible management, arbitrary enforcement of workplace rules, supervisors no better than inmates, many correctional officers have dishonorable military discharges, criminal records.

      Good place for people that can't get a job anywhere else.

      Cons

      Management is always looking for a scapegoat. No job security, low pay, no benefits. Management does not care about you or your life outside work. Live to work, don't do anything else. No set days off, weekends off once every 6 weeks. Management by intimidation.
