      a People-oriented CEO, friendly colleagues, great culture, flexible and hybrid working arrangements, great maternity leave, the best health insurance etc!

      Cons

      Personally, I don't think there are any, but it is a certain type of personality/person that would fit in here. No nonsense, get the job done people that actually like what they do!
