Cons
Old fashioned in their opinions of working from home unless you are a manager or higher. Lack of leadership - I spent weeks without any work despite asking. When I handed my notice in, I was made to feel like I’d done something terrible and they tried to guilt-trip me into staying. Given ridiculous tasks once I’d handed my notice in and then spoken to in a way that I don’t tolerate. Once I’d left, I was badmouthed to the entire office.
