      Pros

      Great work environment, leadership and company values. This company is growing by leaps and bounds but it holding firm to it's family atmosphere. Fantastic opportunity for advancement with a feeling of belonging and being valued. They want to be the best and they want you to be the best with them. They understand that their people are their most valuable assets and they treat them as such. Good pay, benefits and culture. What more could an employee ask for? GLC4Life!

      Cons

      The company doesn't provide company cell phones to it's internal employees which can be an advantage and disadvantage. Advantage, they don't expect me to work outside of normal business hours. Disadvantage, many dedicated individuals use their personal cell phones to contact clients and candidates.

      Pros

      The management treated me very well. Always provided support as needed as well as additional training when requested. They really treated me like family.

      Cons

      A little disorganized at times with expanding into new industries. This seems to have gotten better, but was a bit of a pain initially.
