If you get lucky enough you could manage to negotiate a very competitive salary. It's very difficult that the company let you go i.e they won't fire you.
Cons
There are no benefits beyond the salary, water, and the ugly medical insurance; and it's ONLY FOR YOU, not wife no children, only you. No paid certifications. No training. If you get tired of your project you rather start looking for another job because you will not get project change. H.R. Dept is very unhelpful, the environment is gray. Working here for after a year you have 2 options: become another gray piece junk with a daily waste of time well paid or if you were smart enough you spent time studying to leave for a better job.
