Pros

Extensive background of the founder where you can learn a lot of what you did not know about the security world. Amazing experience working here.

Cons

It is a lot of work to catch up with what is already there, and to then learn and grow further with the company.

Pros

Pay is good fair for what you do if your ASA.

Cons

The firm seems to fear the liability of assertive, highly-trained agents more than they value the security such agents provide. You’re disposable despite being overqualified if the clients don’t “click” with you. I’m still waiting for global ops leadership to get back to me on why they let me go even though I’m overqualified for the position they gave me. There is honor in that.

Pros

-Good, friendly team in the office -Good team in the field -The office is nice for its size

Cons

-High stress environment in the office -No training, expected to hit the ground running in a disorganized system -Your own superiors (and only support system) will talk down to you in a condescending manner all. the. time. -No respect for the designated work hours, including phone calls, messages etc. to your work and personal devices after 6pm and on weekends -It's like you're on call after being in the office from 9-6 every day, something that was not clarified up front during the interview process. -Benefits don't begin until you are 3 months in and thriving, otherwise they will fire you (happened to me without warning at the end of a workday)
