Many different pluses which amount to a good salary.

Many extra hours, vacations and holidays were not payed and many workers were upset.

Pros

Nice and diverse work environment. Diversity of task, everyday was different with different challenges. Salary is increased every two years and there are opportunity to grow in the company.

Cons

The shifts keep changing and they publish them with very short time in advance. The base salary should be higher having in mind the responsibilities involved
