Cons

-Lack of leadership, accountability, and structure -Negative environment -Overworked -High turnover rate - 6 employees quit and 3 were fired just in the accounting department in less than two years (the team is less than 20 people)

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We cherish our culture of inclusion, and are glad you enjoyed coworkers who demonstrated a genuine interest in your well-being and development. The last two years have been a time of transition in the Accounting department and a higher level of turnover can often be expected (although not ideal) during times of change. If you are interested in learning more please do not hesitate to contact our Chief Financial Officer Joe Bonacci or our HR Director Jane Mounsey at 425-451-8877.

Pros

Loved co-workers, clients and the job I performed for the company.

Cons

Over the past 4 years, leadership and HR has gone down the toilet. HR seems to represent management and not advocate for the employee. Leadership doesn't support/address employee concerns. Work-life balance is something that they say they value and endorse, but in reality it isn't something they support. Mental health is also something they say they value, but again fall short in follow up. In truth, employees are just that, employees. People who are hired to do a job with no regard for being over worked, under supported, under valued. If you do your job and stay quiet, all is well. It is when you voice your concerns, advocate for yourself and others that their back turns on you.
