Pros
They are a very family oriented company, They offer flexible hours and, if you are in the right group, remote work. there is a small on site gym and an on site racquetball court (if you ever have time to use it).
Cons
So family oriented that unless you have the right last name you will never be valued. They tout flexible hours but expect insane hours to make up for missed time. There is an inconsistent expectation for work on a per employee basis. The medical/life insurance benefits are awful 400 a month for $6000 deductible and 10K life. The company culture is very blame based. there are a lot of fingers getting pointed. The upper management have no idea what they are doing. They see all the employees as the same person to be shuffled around whenever, where ever with no consideration for their skill set. They don't to do full stack so you will get stuck doing the same thing over and over. The biggest problem is they will not talk to their employees. If you are doing a good job or a poor job you won't know until it is too late to fix the problem. They don't do employee evaluation EVER. The president of the company decided that if you do reviews on your employees, and they are doing well, they will expect a raise. So, his solution was to not do them anymore (He's a real great guy like that).
