      Pros

      Small company, friendly team, strong product. Nice employee benefits, flexible working.

      Cons

      Irregular / no opportunity for pay reviews. Sometimes communication from the top is poor. Currently in the process of merging the brands and there is very little information about how/what will happen to GOM as a brand/company.
