Pros

- Generally a good learning ground, and for using and understanding SAP system - Flexible working hours - Supportive of external training and seminars

Cons

- Largely a group of staff who have been in this company for a long time and incapable of current technologies and ways of doing business - More political than business - Senior management lacks leadership

Pros

Nice job title, chill job.

Cons

No clear direction from management. Not a place for young executives to grow. Good if you're a "yes man", and do exactly what the management says, without being able to put in your input.

Cons

If you want to be a human and getting respected by the manager and colleagues, Do not working in this department and stay away from the hell. Insane controller with foul language and no respect to the employees. Please leave asap.
