      Good on paper, bad in reality

      Central London location, free chocolate and cookies, car parking

      Cons

      The workplace culture is highly toxic. Some senior management engages in bullying and favouritism , and there’s little accountability or support for employees. Social events feel exclusionary, and overall wellbeing is not prioritised.

      Excellent Company with Many Great qualities

      Pros

      GPE is an excellent company that truly values its employees. The work environment is supportive, and the leadership team is approachable and encouraging. There are plenty of opportunities for learning, growth, and professional development. Collaboration and innovation are highly encouraged, and the company culture makes it a pleasure to come to work every day. Overall, GPE is a fantastic place to grow your career and be part of a team that genuinely cares about its people.

      Cons

      Honestly, it’s hard to find any, like any organisation, there’s always room to grow, but the company actively listens and adapts. Being a smaller company maybe harder to grow

      Cons

      No career progression at all, you’re stuck in one level and management will tell you we will look into it.. never happened never will, if you want progression avoid GPE
