      Pros

      Great vision, wonderful intention, I loved the company culture when I first started.

      Cons

      Not enough oversight on management within each office. Too many good qualified employees have left the company because of poor management. Focus on fixing that before add anything else to your plate.

      Decent insurance, decent pay, laid back work environment with hybrid remote schedule. Eco friendly.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, workload is extremely heavy, high turn over rate, lack of training and organization
