I was actually there in 2021 and COVID was really affecting the supply chain and traffic was still slow, so that made it hard to reach goals for commissions. Retail schedule is never easy, but those are parts of the job and not really their fault.
Generous owners, warm great team of colleagues, from top to bottom. Amazing benefits. While we all work very hard, the climate feels like you're working with your friends or family.
