Expectations for the role were not clearly defined, and once hired, the actual responsibilities differed significantly from what was originally described. While the company promotes flexibility and a strong work-life balance, this heavily depends on the department you’re placed in. Not all departments are treated equally, and some teams may have more support or flexibility than others. In my case, there was little flexibility, and work-life balance was more of a talking point than a reality. Additionally, the work environment in my department was highly micromanaged, leaving little room for autonomy or trust in employees' abilities.
