Training and Onboarding Could Be More Structured
The onboarding and training processes could use more organization. If someone were dedicated to owning and improving this area, it has strong potential to become much smoother.
Intimidating at First, but Supportive
It can feel a bit intimidating starting out, especially when many of your peers have extensive industry experience. That being said, the team is patient and understanding as you ramp up. It’s normal to feel a bit lost at first, especially with the complexity of the software world, but support is there as you learn.
CRM Could Use Improvement
The CRM system can feel clunky at times, especially with some of the manual logging required. It's not a dealbreaker, but it can slow things down.
