      Is this how all private security works?

      You get paid on time, you get a bonus for Employee of the Month and other awards, opportunities for overtime

      Cons

      Hardly any communication whatsoever for anything, no raises apparently because of the contracts, they seem to change Sgts. a lot

      Pros

      Pretty ladies get preferenced, if you fit in with the clique there isn't much you could do wrong. Laidback corporate office, some come in flip flops

      Cons

      Complete lack of communication, the owner feels he knows it all and very closed-minded. No growth for the guards, some instances have I've seen a lack of compassion for the guards. Lack of structure

      Pros

      The best thing about working for GSG is gaining active experience that will lead to opportunities with a different company. You will learn the ropes of the security industry working for them.

      Cons

      On GSG's part, there is a lack of consideration for career advancement and some micromanagement on the part of the client I work under contract for.
