      A truly unique agency

Oct 18, 2021 - Managing Director in London, England, England

      Pros

Can be summed-up in one word: culture. There is a level of enjoyment, transparency and focus that makes the hard-work all seem to be worth it. Creativity, in all its forms, and individuality, in all its forms, is celebrated and enhanced. A genuinely unique agency with a unique flavour to it. Coupled with amazing South Bank offices on the Thames and great perks.

      Cons

I guess it depends whether you are happy to have a strong and deep relationship and work-life with one massive Blue Chip client, or you would rather have thinner relationships with lots of clients.

A gem of an agency to work for

Sep 7, 2021 - Anonymous Employee in London, England, England

      Pros

Advertising companies often boast they put their people first and at the heart of what they do. At GTB London, this is absolutely true. Our CEO has led and created a culture and environment where people love to work and can be their true selves. He means what he says and does it, is relatable, and genuinely cares about the employees that work here. Despite the agency facing the challenges of the pandemic and pitches over the years staff and colleagues have remained engaged, united, motivated and supported. The consistency of the reviews about GTB’s culture over the years speak for themselves. Many people often return. I feel fortunate to work here with such a lovely, collaborative and talented group of people.

      Cons

Very few - the pros outweigh any standard cons.

Leading agency with a leading culture

Sep 7, 2021 - Account Director in London, England, England

      Pros

You won't find a better working environment, culture and bunch of talented individuals within the world of advertising than at GTB London - that's no overstatement. People thrive, make true connections and deliver exceptional results across all areas of the business for our trusted client. This is an agency that invests in your future, your personal and professional growth and development and that's speaking from direct experience from my +4 years of working at GTB. The office (WPP campus) itself is one of the hotspots of the capital, with epic 360 views across London, a rooftop bar, a la carte restaurant, and home to many social and cultural events and celebrations throughout the year. All of which contributes to why GTB is a truly great place to work. We work hard, and play hard.

      Cons

It's busy. Very busy. Getting ideas off the ground can be slow at times, due to the sheer size of the organisation, the client and the many stakeholders involved. Salaries aren't the most competitive within the UK ad industry, certainly at entry level, but that's finely balanced out with the extra contractual benefits and the superb working environment offered.

      Exceptional place to work

Aug 19, 2021 - Managing Director in London, England, England
      Recommend

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Everyone talks about agencies being all about the people, but GTB actually walks the talk. Supported in terms of personal development, a culture of inclusivity and openness. The widest breadth and opportunity of work for you to choose from - you can never say you'd get bored of the opportunities available.

      Cons

Understated and not great at self PR, bells and whistles (meaning they care more about getting the job done than the politics and fanfare).
