Pros

Nice premises, smart colleagues, good hardware, pays on time.

Cons

No trust to the Greek Team whatsoever, Unrealistic expectations, Rudeness, constant insults and threats by the Head of IT. No room for personal improvement, UNMANAGEABLE technical debt due to unsuccessful outsourcing attempts, demands to work during the weekends and public holidays unpaid of course, reluctance in hiring more people, rather I was expected to MULTITASK between projects and be consistent with deadlines that would constantly change according to managers mood who would do anything, even lie to their superiors in order to keep their chairs and take some credit.

Heading to a new era, consantaly evolving and chasing new tech.

Cons

Sacrifices a good environment with a very profit-forward tackling of tasks instead of properly long term organizing the company. Some undelivered promises and double standards between teams also do exist.
