I have been working at gabi for about 6 months and have not found a reason not to like my job. They honestly care about their employees and strive to have a great work/life balance. While it is a call center position, I have never felt micromanaged or stressed about maintaining stats.
Cons
Its a startup, so its constantly changing. If you don't like change, then this is not the place for you.

Caring staff and supervisors, flexible schedules, good pay, good benefits — I love working at Gabi Insurance. They are still in start up mode so things quickly change but I love being able to help build a company up. I enjoy the people I work with and feel cared for as a human, not just an employee.
Cons
Still in start up mode which means lots of changes all the time but most companies have changes periodically anyways

-mid-management who listens to employees feedback about changes and cares about employee development
-great executive leadership team in place
-promote from within
-leveling plan in place for sales department employees to reward success
- ability to help with cross department projects to help improve processes
-monthly contests with cool SPIFs
-monthly stipend for internet
-great health insurance options
Cons
-more focus on individual carrier training will set employees up for more success
- pay scale is OK- could be better compared to industry averages based on yrs of experience
- no 401k match available currently
- no employee wellness package (gym membership stipend)
