      Pros

      There is a good amount of Flexibility with hours and vacation time, and the people are very laid back. That's about where the pros end.

      Cons

      Horrible compensation and little to no benefits. No opportunity for upward mobility even when people leave the company. Rarely given raises.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, everyone generally gets along and helps each other out. Get to be exposed to a variety of wet chemistry tests. Free lunches everyday.

      Cons

      Management is not very organized nor communicative. Management also will throw you under the bus if needed. Pay is low and there is not much room for growth and movement within the company. High turn over rate as a result.
