Pros

GG is a great place to work and they really care about their employees. I get constant feedback from my supervisor and always feel valued. We also have a lot of FUN! Monthly employee appreciation lunches, bring your dog to work week, sporting games like pool and table tennis tournaments, and new moms can bring their babies to work with them until they are 6 months old (or crawling).

Cons

A few times a year when things are really busy, there is some overtime work.

Pros

There are a handful of perks working for Gabriel Group. Ranging from bring your dog to work day, thirsty Thursday, associate luncheons, team building, all company meetings, walk in your shoes, and even annual lunches with the owners who want to hear your feedback.

Cons

Core values and perks/benefits do not always seem to be distributed equally from top to bottom.

Pros

The people are very nice. The company does things to get involved with the community. Casual Friday and make a donation to a charity on Wednesdays to wear jeans. Small enough so that everyone knows each other.

Cons

Work hours are crazy. Very little work/life balance. People stay very late all the time and come in on weekends frequently. Not compensated enough to offset the hours.
