      Pros

      Used to be la creme de la creme of consulting companies in the Oil&Gas industry. Great technical experts to work with and you can learn a lot. Simple organisational structure, global outreach and massive reputation

      Cons

      Since the full take over of Baker Hughes in Jan 2025, it has totally phagocyted this consulting division. Massive change of management and restructuring of regional offices, which has lead to people leaving or being made redundant. Not sure if GC will continue to deliver the same level of services under BH.
