      Absolutely Asynchronous!

      Pros

      There's never a meeting that can be an email (or a Slack message). Everyone respects each other's time, as we work from many different timezones. We have an awesome communication culture. All positions are fully remote with fully flexible work hours. Everybody is heard, knowledge is always shared, we're like a tight-knit family. Even the founders work closely with the teams, but without micromanaging anyone.

      Stability and job security are a bit of personal concerns.

      Long and Positive Work Life Balance

      Pros

      There's always opportunities for learning new skills. I love the degree of flexibility offered, contributing to a very good work-life balance. I am also constantly working with a diverse range of clients which give me valuable work experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes the workload is intense but not all the time. I take it as a challenge. I can still easily navigate through it.
