Pros

Gargle has an amazing work culture. The other employees are great to work with and happy to help where needed. The benefits we receive are simply unmatched (catered lunches & off-site activities, Discretionary Time Off or DTO, paid mental health hours, paid holidays, fabulous health insurance with great maternity & paternity options, etc.). We are so well taken care of! I am a working mom and Gargle has been nothing but gracious and flexible in this regard. I am proud to work for an outstanding company where I truly feel appreciated. The core values that Gargle strives to follow (optimistic, generous, competent, trustworthy, and innovative) can be seen in action in our workplace every single day.

Cons

Things are constantly changing and evolving within our job description, which sometimes requires us to do things outside of our "lane". This does give us opportunity to learn more and gain experience though.

Pros

Great health benefits with this employer.

Cons

No professionalism. No respect for years of work and dedication. No competent leadership. You constantly have the feeling of a possible blindsided at any moment. You watch associate after associate let go due to their mismanagement and just wonder when it will be you.

Pros

All the cons outweigh any pros

Cons

The COO/President Casey Homes, micromanages every person in the company and has his hands everywhere. He constantly overstepped other managers and dealt directly with Jr roles like myself. I got hired for 20 hours a week but they started maxing me out to 39 hours. But no full time benefits. At my 90 day review I arrived to find no one there to interview me. After a few more months I finally was able to get a review. Because I was working full time and double the hours I signed up for. I professionally asked if I could negotiate for a raise. Casey, THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, personally fired me, a Jr Role. He said I was “Disloyal” for asking about negotiating for a raise. The employees are overworked and underpaid.
