      Great friendly culture. Enthusiasm is encouraged and there's room to excel oneself.

      Cons

      As company has grown the management knowledge and tactics remain as any bearly started new company. To move foroward the management and overall company mindset needs to upgrade itself.

      at every event they eat cake

      The Place is like Jahannam. The CEO bullies employees. he has no common sense and only pampering the Link3 people for funding. The ceo does unnecessary morning meetings and bully everyone. Entry time 10.00AM but exit time 9.00PM. free labour and harassment. Females are treated poorly. No HR policy. The discounts they promised are eye wash. Assign task intentionally on weekends. so 7 working days which is inhumane and unethical. CEO gossip about employees personal life and stalks them online.
