Pros

Very good culture that embraces collaboration and connectivity. Communication within the organization is excellent. You can "dress for your day" and appreciate that the company treats employees like adults and gives autonomy in certain areas. There is flexibility allowed for work schedules and providing a good work/life balance.

Cons

While most of benefits are good, the PTO benefits are below average and not competitive with other companies. Pay is average but I wouldn't necessarily say it's at the appropriate market level and is not competitive.

Pros

Benefits and company leadership; great cross team communication

Cons

Some team cultures are really toxic, which isn’t in-line with the promoted company culture; difficult to move up in the company unless you’re an engineer

We're sorry to hear you did not have the best employee experience. While it's important to us to maintain a best in class organizational culture, individual team team culture is equally important. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to working towards changing this perception. Incidentally, we're glad you've noticed our great benefits and company leadership! Hopefully we can build on those to change your overall perception.

Pros

Free health insurance and that is about it

Cons

They say you can work from home but just expect to get some back lash for that. Deadlines are unreasonable. They don't have a standard in place of what drawings are suppose to look like. They DO NOT have good management. Moving up is not a thing. Expect to do everything and not get paid for what you are worth. They commend the bad employees and give them raises while the people that are actually doing the work get barely enough to get by. They promise the world and you are only going to get tired and burnt out. They high people that are not qualified for positions and so the lower people have to do there jobs and not get paid for it either.
