Pros

Downtown San Francisco office is in a great location and they have a diverse client base (although dwindling fast)

Cons

Client churn extremely high....for a reason. Unsustainable work loads for account managers (20+ accounts = barely any time spent on each client). Unprofessional upper management that gives no feedback and only focused on profit. Could care less about their employees. Culture and processes at Geary LSF have turned their most recent acquisition into a nightmare

Pros

Downtown San Francisco Location. Next to Transamerica Pyramid, close to major bus lines as well as BART. Very young average age if you are looking for work right out of college.

Cons

Young, inexperienced management. Rapidly depleting client list. Lack of resources (human capital and thought leadership). Over-worked and under compensated employees. No typical employee benefits for an SF "tech" company. Expedited upward mobility with little training, experience or knowledge transfer leading to poor Sales and Client Service execution. Little to no transparency within the company. Multiple company acquisitions have completely diluted any sense of "culture."

Good but not great

Pros

They manage to hire some great, smart people. There is often opportunity to grow your own career.

Cons

In the several years I was there, the company integrated a number of companies & people throughout the country. The direction of the company was often unclear and scattered. Very often it seemed like decisions were made politically rather than with regard to long term growth or to the benefit of the employees. Attempts to build culture often felt like lip service - especially when higher level employees did not participate.
