      Pros

      - good place to start your IT / high tech career - great opportunities to get experience if you don't have any - challenging projects, even 500 Fortune companies are clients of GFL - the longer you work, the more perks you get - good climate within the team - people are great to work with

      Cons

      - sometimes less perks compared to other companies - salaries lower compared to other companies
