      Some genuinely lovely people as colleagues

      Cons

      Stuck in the old ways, everything is always someone else's fault, think they know better so doubt any new knowledge - CPD is clearly lacking for some senior people, treat people badly if you do not kiss the ring (per previous review), be honest and don't make promises at interview which do not come into fruition
