Pros

You get to work in an international atmosphere, with other young people. It is a very dynamic job position and you are continuously getting new trainings for the new tools or new products. Also I was working in the Electronic Arts division which was the best of all.

Cons

You stay in front of the computer too many hours sitting and you only have a 30 minutes break and then 2 more of 15 minutes, which means it is less time if you count you have to start and put the computer in stand by. Then the rest of the time you cannot move from your chair and the phone.... When there is a new game release at the beginning the work load increases 300% and managers push you too hard.

Pros

Very easy job, e-mail only at first, very few phone calls (inbound billing calls only) in the last few weeks at the job.

Cons

Very low pay, dead-end i.e. very limited possibilities to advance and highly informal, irregular and arbitrary means of evaluating job performance. Very hierarchic (too many steps to communicate from top to bottom and vice versa), managers' job description and qualifications were unclear.
