Pros
Lots of resources to use from finances to the technical level. If I ever had any questions or wanted to achieve a technical goal, all I needed to do was reach out and I would get guidance. Special thanks to Diane Hopkins for going to extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed to work, as well as just encouraging me to keep trying my best. Genspark also allowed my knowledge and strong will to learn to translate into a job.
Cons
You have to push yourself for success. Pay during training is welcomed, but low.
