This firm is the perfect mix of independent work with a collaborative culture. GCPC allows employees to have a lot of independence and responsibility, while working towards high expectations. Employees are not micro-managed, but there are many opportunities to learn and receive feedback on work. Employees are encouraging and kind, and everyone is willing to help one another. As a law clerk, I am entrusted with purposeful projects where I get to work with many attorneys. I have learned a lot at GCPC and see the opportunities for growth. Everyone at GCPC is supportive and encouraging, and it has been a great work experience.
Cons
Working in any area of law can be stressful at times, especially while working with many different projects and clients. However, GCPC has helped me learn to work under the stress and understand the demands of working at a law firm.
