There are no pros to working at the place outside of pay
Cons
One of the worst companies I have ever worked for. You can't run the machines efficiently because the do not have proper slitting blades or doctor blade. They complain that all labels have to be perfect but do not have properly maintained equipment to do the job correctly. This place is a joke.
