Pros

Most people here are friendly and easy to work with. The pay is solid and the workload is manageable. It's a good job if you know how to play the corporate game.

Cons

Software updates drag on for eternity. Some managers would rather put you on blast in front of everyone than ask you what do you need to do your job more effectively.
