      I can't think of one good thing.

      Cons

      Unprofessional from the leadership down. The training is a joke. Beware of a company that claims to be a family (in this case they all are related). Nepotism and favoritism run rampant. During the height of Covid (and still to this day) they require people to be in office and break health and safety protocols. Constantly changing pay structure where the numbers never quite add up. Turnover rate is extremely high. Almost the entire company left in 2021.

      Gentis is such a great place to learn, work, and grow. It is exciting where we are and where we are going as a company. I feel very lucky to be a small part of it; the future is so bright!

      Typically nice people that work there, can be fun if you fit into their culture.

      Cons

      Don't expect them to tell you the truth about most things. Low training, they basically hire a group and hope 1 can stick it out.
