Pros

- Hybrid work policy for professional roles and remote work for high travel roles + awesome location right between Denver and Boulder - Solid benefits (unlimited PTO for salaried employees, 1 free lunch/week at the HQ office, 4% 401k matching, employee ownership program) - A LOT of growth opportunity and now is a great time to join if you're looking for accelerated career growth / fast track to leadership - Very stable industry so there's an incredibly low risk of job loss - Company invests in their employees career development (internships, continuing education, etc) - Leadership listens, including their CEO Dominic who is very accessible and present

Cons

- They only provide the option for a company phone and don't cover personal cell expenses in lieu of the company phone (I don't want to carry around 2 phones and it would save them money in the long run just throwing $50 my way every month instead of paying for a whole phone and phone bill) - Typical growing pains: processes are still way too manual/high risk for error, can't hire enough employees fast enough, using archaic systems - Company branding doesn't match it's current size and projected growth - Company still requires construction employees to share bedrooms - Compensation is slightly low, they're behind their competitors by a small margin - A lot of leaders don't live in Colorado but they expect their corporate employees to be in the office 3 days/week
