Treat their owner operators just like a company driver, with great benefits, compensation package and keeps me with steady loads year round for the 2 years i've been with them. Pretty personal staff, top down, and they do care about my family life, i plan my weekends and they work with me not against me. Can't stand a company that micro manages their contractors and never really listens, if i have something to contribute, good or bad, it doesn't go in one ear and out the other. They follow up and actually assign a member of management to document it and share the end results. Got my friend a job as a company driver after working for 4 months with them, they gave me a nice referral bonus for that too. Out of the respect they give me, i wanted to give mine here.
