Misogynistic cliquey non-forward-thinking environment

Pros

Some great colleagues, but almost universally unhappy. Unless you’re one of the “select few” that play golf together and cream off all the perks for themselves.

Cons

Terrible leadership, no real investment in staff development. Expect staff to work ridiculous hours. Glossy on the outside, but do not create a happy working culture.

Pros

I remember when i joined 8 years ago sitting in a meeting to discuss a pitch for a fantastic brand, with some great minds around the table; as everyone joked laughed and brainstormed some fantastic ideas i thought to myself this is why i joined - it never happened like this in my old place. 8 years later still enjoy working on great client projects with some of the best people in the industry and having fun while we do it.

Cons

Perhaps I am tainted by having worked in a few companies previously that were very poor but I'm struggling to come up with any.

Bad communication, non existent collaboration between departments & zero on boarding process

Good clients, nice people, if you are actually introduced to them

Cons

No onboarding process, I ended up introducing myself to departments who I was supposed to be working with. Very little contact with other departments. Line manage had no knowledge of the client I was assigned to, and I hardly saw them due to their own workload.
