Despite my status as a tenured professor, I was laid off in 2015 with a one-year notice. The college terminated over a dozen tenured/tenure-track faculty positions that year due to financial difficulties. This could be done so easily at Georgetown College since the revised Faculty Handbook at that point gave so little job protection even to tenured faculty.
If you are serious considering accepting a faculty position at Georgetown College, please do some research first to find out more about the College's track record on this matter.
Also, keep in mind that benefits are not good and the faculty salary has remained virtually flat for the last 10+ years.
Few students are academically motivated. Many students seem to come to Georgetown to play sports and socialize.
