      Expected to harass customers when sales months are slow. Hours don't make sense, but that's most car dealerships.

      Cons

      401k matching is only if you stay with the company for 5+ years. VP of service doesn't care about problems at the body shop so you are on your own to figure it out. Company pretends to care about loyalty but won't do anything to try and keep you if you quit.
