Pros
Positive environment, ease of access to management and owners, decent pay, potential room for growth.
Cons
Pay scales are questioned and debated monthly, Us vs Them complex is REAL in some departments. Job advancements are the carrot on a stick, used to prod people into doing more and more, but ultimately I've gone years without being given the job advancement I was promised 2 years ago.
