Business outlook
Pros
The company is filled with great people and the management team works hard to make sure everyone is taken care of. They provide the best benefits of everywhere I’ve worked, it’s a safe environment and they do try to listen to employees to see what we need.
Cons
They are growing fast and sometimes you have to cross train in other departments. Not sure that’s really a con though.
