-salary is based on whatever your previous was, not by position or promotion -uses "family" as its core, immediate red flag -name dropping is the strategy -cliquey- if you aren't staying until 8 pm, you are viewed as less than -zero boundaries between work and life -lack of resources (i.e. work phone, payment towards your personal phone plan, wifi is horrendous, etc.) -childish behavior stems from the top (3 men under 40 years old) -claims to "invest in employees" but cuts corners wherever possible -toxic, inappropriate and hypocritical

Work here at ur own risk. They laid off like 40 ppl in a year between 2022/2023. Many who committed their entire lives to the company, moved from other states etc. were given 0 notice, just surprised laid off. They also give themselves 5 star reviews to increase their Glassdoor rating lol. Other ppl have called it out on Glassdoor reviews too.
