Other employees to commiserate with. Very flexible on hours.
Cons
Authority structure is dysfunctional, fragmented, disjointed, and somewhat schizophrenic. Management is dishonest about the financial situation and routinely misleads employees in that regard. Company has HIGHLY unethical business practices. Extremely angry customers. The company financials are run like a gigantic Ponzi scheme. Often folds up shop, changes the name, and screws over employees and creditors. Google the company, everything you'll find is absolutely true. I have serious doubts that this company will survive 2017.
